This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Regional Facility Manager in Apodaca with Signify.
Facilities & Site Management: Oversee daily facility operations, building systems, maintenance, vendors, and service providers across office and industrial sites. Lead Facilities Management strategy across LATAM, US, and Canada. Develop and implement solutions aligned with business and site needs.
Space & Property Management: Optimize workplace utilization and manage real estate assets, leases, subtenants, and property-related requirements.
Project Management: Lead renovations, fit-outs, building improvements, reinstatement, demolition, and large-scale capital projects.
Strategic & Stakeholder Management: Develop real estate strategies aligned with business needs, working closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and senior leaders.
Budget, Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Manage operational and project budgets while ensuring HSE/security, legal, contractual, and quality compliance and driving service excellence.
More about you
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed in a technical or real estate discipline.
10+ years of progressive experience in Facility, Asset, or Property Management - with leadership skills.
Proven experience leading facilities operations, maintenance, contractors, projects, space planning, and workplace solutions in complex or multi-site industrial environments.
Strong strategic, analytical, problem-solving, and financial management skills, with experience managing FM operations, capital projects, and competing priorities.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience managing outsourced facility services, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders at all levels.
Fluent in English, with a collaborative, customer-focused, proactive, and continuous-improvement mindset.
