We are seeking a highly organized Dispatcher to coordinate scheduling and support our residential plumbers. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient service dispatch, technician routing, and customer scheduling throughout the day.

Responsibilities

As a Plumbing Dispatcher, you will coordinate daily scheduling and dispatch operations for residential plumber technicians.

Responsibilities include:

• Dispatch plumber technicians efficiently to meet customer appointment times

• Manage incoming service requests and schedule heating and air conditioning service calls

• Coordinate technician routing and job assignments to maximize efficiency

• Monitor call flow through the service platform and dispatch system

• Communicate with technicians and customers to provide updates on service appointments

• Support field teams throughout the day by adjusting schedules and resolving routing issues

• Maintain accurate service scheduling and ensure technicians remain productive throughout the day

This is a fast-paced, in-office dispatcher position supporting residential plumbing operations.

Qualifications

What You Need:

• Prior experience in dispatch, scheduling, or call center environments

• Experience coordinating field service teams (HVAC, plumbing, or home services preferred)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems

• Familiarity with local geography to support technician routing and service scheduling

• Must report daily to the office (no remote work available)

• Flexibility to work assigned shifts and weekend rotations as needed

• Must pass background check and drug screening
