The Role
Generate recurring and ad-hoc sales, pricing, and stock reports using AI-assisted tools. • Analyze report data to identify concrete business opportunities — underperforming accounts, stock or pricing gaps, and untapped dealer/customer potential. • Build clear, data-backed business cases and present them to the General Manager to secure approval for new initiatives. • Once approved, engage relevant stakeholders (Outside Sales Reps, Territory Sales Managers, Supply Chain, Pricing) to scope and launch the project. • Drive cross-department follow-through — proactively checking in, resolving blockers, and keeping initiatives on track without needing to be prompted. • Provide regular updates to the General Manager on opportunities identified, project status, and measurable outcomes (e.g., revenue impact).
What We're Looking For
• 3-5 years of experience in sales support, sales analysis, or project coordination. • Proven ability to work across departments and influence people who don't report to you — comfortable initiating outreach and following up independently. • Experience turning data into a clear, actionable recommendation or business case. • Strong communication skills; confident presenting to senior stakeholders. • Working knowledge of Excel and reporting tools; comfortable learning and applying AI-assisted reporting

• Opportunities are identified early and backed by clear analysis. • Projects move from approval to completion with minimal stalling. • Stakeholders across departments respond and engage without repeated escalation. • The General Manager has consistent visibility into pipeline of initiatives and their outcomes.
