VP Digital Product Manager: Core Digital Experience - Retail & Wealth

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our digital customer platforms including Citi Mobile and Citi.com. This is a critical role where you will own and support the end-to-end customer journey, transforming how our clients interact with Citi through innovative and intuitive digital solutions. You will be the technical and product authority, shaping the direction of our platform to meet ambitious business objectives and create best-in-class experiences. What You'll Do

• Own the Platform Vision: Define and champion the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for our core digital product platform, ensuring its capabilities align with and drive business growth.
• Master the Customer Journey: Think through and design cohesive, end-to-end customer servicing journeys that cater to multiple customer personas and their unique objectives.
• Translate Business Needs into Product Reality: Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand their goals, shaping their requirements into clear, actionable platform features and technical specifications.
• Drive with Data and Analytics: Utilize strong analytical skills to define success metrics, measure feature performance, and tie product enhancements directly back to business KPIs. You will make data-driven trade-offs to optimize for impact and time-to-market.
• Lead with Influence: Guide and influence a cross-disciplinary team of engineers, designers, and business partners. Clearly communicate goals, roles, and responsibilities to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
• Champion Technical Excellence: Partner closely with engineering teams to understand technical possibilities, challenge constraints, and ensure the platform is scalable, resilient, and at the forefront of technology.
• Manage Risk and Compliance: Proactively assess risk in all business and product decisions, ensuring our solutions safeguard our clients, our assets, and the firm's reputation by adhering to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• 4-8 years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Business Information Systems or equivalent
• Experience leading digital initiatives
• Extensive experience working with engineers and developers to understand what is technically possible, how to translate customer
• Strategic, results-driven leader who is passionate about designing best-in-class digital experiences and staying at the forefront of cutting edge technology in the servicing space
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$138,720.00 - $208,080.00
