Responsibilities:

• Prepares routine journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial transaction records accurately within established accounting standards, timelines, and approval procedures.

• Reconciles assigned account balances, bank statements, and subsidiary ledgers, investigating basic discrepancies and flagging unresolved variances to senior accountants for resolution.

• Compiles financial data, account activity details, and supporting documentation into structured inputs that advance senior team reporting, analysis, and period-close activities.

• Coordinates routine follow-up with internal stakeholders on transaction approvals, account documentation requests, and financial data confirmations within established service and compliance standards.

• Supports period-close activities by completing assigned reconciliations, accrual preparations, and reporting tasks accurately and within defined close calendar timelines.

• Applies established accounting controls, data quality standards, and documentation requirements to assigned activities, confirming outputs satisfy financial reporting and audit obligations.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:

• Less than 2 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, transaction processing, reconciliations, reporting support, or a related field required.

Skills and Experience:

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

• Knowledge of SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and SAP Disputes.

• Demonstrated ability to resolve issues quickly, problem-solve, and escalate appropriately.

• Knowledge of general accounting principles.

• Familiarity with credit and collections operations procedures, including accounts receivable (A/R) reconciliation.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Strong reconciliation skills.

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of Microsoft programs with extensive Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Salary Ranges:

2135 - 3050 EUR gross monthly
