- This posting is for a Co-op Student Winter 2027 placement with a start date of January 11, 2027 and end-date of April 30, 2027
- This is an in-person role
In order to be eligible for this Winter Student position, you must either:
Be returning back to school after the work term end-date in August 2027
If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in April 2027), but you require the work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully.
Please ensure that you meet these eligibility requirements before applying - candidates who apply but are found to be ineligible are not able to be considered.

We’re seeking a Project Delivery Specialist to join our Personal Banking team and play a key role in identifying, testing, and implementing opportunities to improve products, processes, and competitiveness. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop strong relationships, and contribute to meaningful business initiatives.

What will you do?
Depending on your placement, you may:
- Work on specific projects or business priorities to drive successful outcomes.
- Work and collaborate with colleagues to identify, test, and implement opportunities to enhance products, processes, and competitiveness.
- Assist in designing internal controls and monitoring the effectiveness of regulatory risk management practices.
- Contribute ideas and perspectives to drive better outcomes.
- Develop relationships and coordinate within and across teams to facilitate project execution.
- Use various data sources to research, identify opportunities, calculate benefits, and make recommendations.
- Leverage PowerPoint and other tools to effectively communicate recommendations to various stakeholders.
- Utilize Excel to manage data, support reporting, and identify new opportunities.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Passion for driving project success and enhancing business outcomes.
Nice-to-have (varies by placement):
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bilingualism (English and /French) written and spoken.
