We are seeking a Procurement Specialist II to join our global Procurement team, where innovation knows no borders. This team ensures Sabre secures key goods and services efficiently while maximizing value across global operations. By partnering with external suppliers and internal teams, we streamline purchasing to keep business moving smoothly for our customers. As a Procurement Specialist II, you will execute essential day-to-day purchasing operations and support strategic sourcing initiatives. You will manage supplier interactions, track documentation and solve routine inquiries to keep commercial activities aligned and compliant. This role requires sharp attention to detail, clear communication and a proactive mindset to eliminate workflow friction across the organization.

What you'll do

• Execute daily purchasing activities including request processing, documentation tracking and supplier follow-up to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Coordinate vendor interactions and gather necessary contract data to support strategic supplier partnerships.

• Address internal inquiries regarding procurement policies and request status updates to maintain operational transparency.

• Analyze spend patterns and gather supplier data to support category managers with sourcing decisions.

• Use generative AI and workflow automation to streamline data entry, track requests and reduce manual administrative tasks.

What you'll bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management or vendor operations within corporate or technology sectors.

• Proven experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Coupa.

• Strong analytical skills with a track record of gathering spend data to support cost-savings initiatives.

• Practical experience using generative AI, automation or analytics tools to improve data processing speed and reporting accuracy.

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management or a related field.
