Meet the team:
APAC Supply Chain organization formed by the functions of APAC Countries’ Supply Chain Commercial Operation support team, Order Fulfillment, Logistic & Network Optimization, Project Management, Digital Transformation and Indirect Procurement. As part of this innovative, collaborative, and high-performing organization, you will join the Digital Transformation team, working closely with APAC Supply Chain teams and key stakeholders to drive supply chain initiatives, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and ensure effective execution through strong coordination and effective communication.
Where you come in:
- You will support the APAC Supply Chain organization by delivering data-driven insights and recommendations that enhance operational performance and business decision-making.
- You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across the region to drive APAC supply chain strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and improve supply chain outcomes.
- You will develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports solutions, and performance metrics that improve visibility and business outcomes.
- You will analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- You will support and drive automation, standardization, and digital transformation initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability across APAC.
- You will translate business requirements into analytical and reporting solutions that enable operational excellence and sustainable growth.

- You are a highly analytical and proactive professional with a passion for solving complex business and supply chain challenges.
- Your proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams, enables you to analyze data, develop impactful reporting solutions, and effectively communicate business insights.
- You have experience leveraging data and analytics to drive operational improvements and support decision-making and deliver measurable business value.
- You bring a strong understanding of APAC supply chain operations, including order fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, and commercial operations.
- You are a collaborative team player who builds strong working relationships and works effectively with stakeholders across functions and countries.
- You communicate effectively and can translate complex data and business requirements into clear, actionable insights.
- You have a continuous improvement mindset and proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes through automation, standardization, and innovation.
- Your strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Your experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Google BigQuery, SQL, Tableau, or similar enterprise and data analytics platforms is a strong advantage.
