What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
- Support the registration of new products, renewals or post-approval variations in registered products.
- Support labeling/artwork activities in accordance with Pfizer standards and local requirements and as determined by Regulatory Sciences Coordinators, Managers and Technical/Co-Technical Director.
- Regulatory Intelligence: monitor Health Authority website and Official Newsletter. Analyze trends and prepare metrics as determined by Regulatory Sciences Coordinators, Managers and Technical/Co-Technical Director.
- Screens calls and responds to inquiries from internal and external sources on different regulatory sciences related topics. Refers inquiries to the appropriate person.
- Carries out basic office functions. Directs urgent issues to appropriate person.
- Assists Technical Director/Co-Technical Director and Regulatory Sciences coordinators and managers in completing routine duties and tasks using experience, judgment and knowledge of the organization.
- Contribute ideas, foster enthusiasm, and negotiate timely execution of work.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- A bachelor’s degree in a health discipline is preferred
- Knowledge of country regulatory environment
- Demonstrated planning and organizing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with confidential documents and information
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to carry out all office functions proficiently and complete quality work on a timely basis
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive approach to work and the ability to initiate follow-up actions
- Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
