Job Summary:
Provides enterprise leadership for Organizational Development and Employee Experience strategy. Defines frameworks for organizational effectiveness, culture integration, employee listening, and leadership capability development. Partners with executive leadership to embed cultural priorities and organizational health standards across DPR. Oversees enterprise programs related to organizational design, effectiveness, belonging, and employee experience measurement.

Key Responsibilities:
Defines enterprise organizational development and employee experience strategy aligned with business objectives.
Leads organizational design, effectiveness, and culture integration initiatives across all entities.
Oversees enterprise employee listening strategies, survey governance, and action planning frameworks.
Partners with People Practices Leaders and executives to guide change management and leadership effectiveness initiatives.
Establishes analytics frameworks to measure organizational health and cultural indicators.
Oversees vendor partnerships and compliance related to employee experience programs.
Leads and develops Organizational Development and Employee Experience teams.

Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, industrial-organizational psychology, human resources, or a related field required.

Work Experience:
12+ years of experience in organizational development, employee experience, or a related field required.
7+ years of experience leading enterprise initiatives and teams required.

Certifications and Licenses:
Human resources certification preferred.
Professional certification in organizational development or coaching preferred.

Anticipated starting pay range:

$250,000.00- $350,000.00
