Job title - Supply Chain Associate Manager, Health Nutrition & Care (82618)
Location – Buk, Poland
Supply Chain Associate Manager manages all supply chain operations on Buk site including finish goods production planning and order management. Oversees employees to ensure accurate and timely deliveries finish goods to customers. Manages inventory and maximize manufacturing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a local Supply Chain team of 4 direct reports, translating business strategy into clear objectives, priorities, and performance goals.
- Drive supply chain performance through ownership of key financial metrics, including sales impact, inventory management, and transportation costs.
- Implement and execute regional supply chain strategies, policies, and best practices within the local organization.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and operational excellence by delivering reliable order management and finished goods availability.
- Own and monitor local Supply Chain KPIs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Optimize production output through effective production planning, sequencing, cleaning cycle management, and inventory balancing.
- Serve as the primary local and regional contact for supply chain-related matters, coordinating activities across functions and regions.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance service levels, streamline operations, and drive supply chain optimization.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to improve collaboration and operational performance.
- Collaborate closely with site functions (Production, QA/QC, Warehousing, SHE) and regional teams (Procurement, Customer Care, Sales, Master Data, and Supply Chain) to ensure compliance and effective end-to-end supply chain management.

You Bring:
- Master’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics, including at least 1 year in a leadership or similar managerial role.
- Experience working in a matrix organization within an international business environment.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain management, operations, production planning, and inventory management.
- Proven people management and team development capabilities.
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- High learning agility, open-minded approach, and ability to drive change and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
