💼 What You’ll Do
As our Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll:
- Work under the direction of our licensed PTs to implement treatment plans
- Help residents improve mobility, strength, and independence
- Document progress and communicate with the care team
- Bring energy, encouragement, and empathy to every session
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- A licensed PTA in California
- A passion for helping others move, heal, and thrive
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting is a plus!
