Key responsibilities will include:

- Track actions arising from operational reviews, audits and compliance activities
- Monitor key performance indicators and supporting performance improvement plans
- Support health, safety and compliance activity across the region
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service delivery
- Support the adoption of digital tools, automation and AI-enabled solutions across our site teams
- Build strong relationships with onsite teams and regional stakeholders, influencing and supporting the successful adoption of new processes, technologies, ways of working and continuous improvement initiatives.
We are looking for you to already be working in an Operations Coordinator, Business Support, Project Coordination or similar role, with:
- Experience supporting senior leaders and/or operational teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data, reporting and performance metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- A proactive, solution-focused approach and passion for continuous improvement
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Alongside this, you'll be collaborative, adaptable and customer-focused, able to turn ideas into actions and have the confidence to build strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders, contributing positively to a high-performing team.
Experience working within higher education, accommodation, facilities management or customer-facing environments would be advantageous, as would experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Co-pilot or other digital productivity tools.
In return, we are offering a salary up to £35k with a great benefits package which includes 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, enhanced family leave policy, life assurance, training, two paid volunteering days, cycle-to-work scheme, health cash plan, Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), virtual GP Service, wellness app and annual health checks.
