Key Responsibilities

Program Execution & Coordination

·       Own NPI program schedule, milestones, and deliverables

·       Lead cross-functional meetings and factory reviews

·       Track actions, risks, and issues to resolution

·       Provide structured program status updates

Factory Readiness & Industrialization

·       Ensure manufacturing readiness (lines, capacity, workforce)

·       Validate process flow, work instructions, quality checkpoints

·       Ensure tooling, fixtures and test equipment readiness

·       Drive Design-for-Manufacturing / DFx reviews

Build Planning & Execution

·       Define build plans (FGR, Pilot, Industrialization phases)

·       Ensure Clear-to-Build (CTB) readiness

·       Lead build execution and issue resolution

·       Publish build KPIs and corrective actions

Supply Chain & Change Management

·       Ensure BOM readiness and system alignment

·       Coordinate material availability including long lead time parts

·       Drive ECO/MCO implementation

·       Support cost and E&O risk management

Production Ramp & Handover

·       Ensure smooth ramp-up to mass production

·       Define and enforce handover criteria to operations teams

·       Ensure all risks and issues are closed or documented

Cross-functional Leadership

·       Coordinate Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Factory teams

·       Drive alignment and accountability in matrix organization

·       Build strong relationships with manufacturing partners

Qualifications & Experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or related field

Experience

·       5+ years in NPI, Program Management, or Manufacturing Engineering

·       Experience in consumer electronics or high-volume manufacturing

·       Experience with or at ODM/CEM partners in Asia preferred

Skills

·       Strong program management and execution skills

·       Knowledge of manufacturing, industrialization and NPI lifecycle

·       Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

·       DFx, build validation, and supply chain knowledge

Tools & Systems (preferred)

·       JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet or equivalent

·       PLM / ERP systems (Agile-Aras, SAP, Kinaxis or similar)

Languages

Business English required; Mandarin or other Asian languages a plus
