Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

1. Recruitment Management
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions, independently completing job requirement analysis, resume screening, interview evaluation, salary negotiation, and onboarding follow-up.
- Establish and maintain talent pools and recruitment channels for functional positions, improving recruitment efficiency and quality while reducing hiring costs.

2. Training & Development
- Align with training needs of various functional departments; develop and implement targeted training programs based on departmental business needs and employee competency gaps, including onboarding training, job skill training, and management capability development.
- Manage the full training cycle, including training organization, instructor coordination, on-site coordination, and training effectiveness evaluation; compile training data and optimize training programs.
- Assist in implementing the company's training system across functional departments, promote corporate culture and core values, and enhance employee engagement.

3. Employee Relations & Culture Implementation
- Maintain employee relations, establish effective employee communication channels, conduct regular employee communication to understand work status and needs, and promptly resolve inquiries and potential conflicts.
- Handle employee onboarding, transfer, promotion, resignation, labor contract signing, renewal, and termination in compliance with national labor laws and group regulations.
- Organize employee activities and team building events to foster a positive and harmonious team atmosphere, boosting employee engagement and cohesion.
- Address employee complaints and labor disputes to mitigate employment risks.

4. HRBP Support
- Gain in-depth understanding of functional departments’ business and development needs, providing professional HR consultation and advice to team leaders.
- Support the HR department in promoting and implementing corporate HR policies and regulations across functional departments.
- Collect and analyze departmental HR data to provide data support for HR strategy adjustment and departmental decision-making.

5. Comply with national laws, regulations and company policies regarding EHSS (Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability); fulfill job-related safety responsibilities and bear direct responsibility for work safety in the position.

6. Other tasks assigned by the manager.

【Requirements】
1. Bachelor’s degree, HR-related major preferred.
2. HR working experience in foreign manufacturing company, with at least 1 year of white-collar recruitment experience.
3. Familiar with core HR modules (recruitment, training, employee relations); proficient in national labor laws and regulations with solid professional knowledge and practical capabilities.
4. Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, strong resilience, meticulous and responsible work attitude, and result-oriented.
5. Proficient in MS Office software.
6. English can use as a working language.
