We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing, physician-led healthcare organization seeking an experienced nursing leader to partner with the Director of Nursing in supporting clinical operations across multiple Maryland surgery centers.
This role is ideal for a Nurse Manager, Clinical Manager, ASC Leader, Perioperative Leader, Endoscopy Manager, or Clinical Director who enjoys developing teams, improving operations, and collaborating with physicians and executive leadership.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the Director of Nursing to support clinical operations across multiple surgery centers.
- Coach, mentor, and develop nurse managers and clinical staff.
- Standardize nursing practices, policies, and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with physicians and executive leadership to improve patient care, quality, and operational performance.
- Support regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and quality initiatives.
- Travel between nearby Maryland surgery centers as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Active RN license (Maryland and/or Compact State)
- BSN required (MSN or MHA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience
- Experience leading teams within an Ambulatory Surgery Center, Endoscopy Center, or Perioperative Services environment
- Strong operational, organizational, and people leadership skills
- Experience working with physicians and interdisciplinary leadership teams
- Multi-site leadership experience is a plus, but not required
