Responsibilities
First and foremost, great writing skills. Flair, a good grasp of the craft and the ability to tweak the tonality and voice according to the asks of the brand and account at hand.
A head full of ideas - a person with a brain buzzing with ideas, curiosity to learn new things everyday and apply them to the work.

Be open to feedback - most projects have many stakeholders all with multiple points of view. While being proud and defensive about your work is appreciable, being open to feedback and multiple iterations is awesome
