Job Summary & Responsibilities

Responsible for Installation, Repair and Maintenance of Onto Innovation products, this includes Metrology and Inspection tools.

・Ensure maximum tool uptime and excellent execution of installation and support of hardware issues.

・Respond to down tool situations and requests for Maintenance when required.

・Provide correct documentation requested and feedback to the US factory as needed.

・Provide feedback to sales team as required. Helping provide possible leads for future sales.

・Providing Applications feedback in order to look at constant product improvement.

・Analyze equipment log data and prepare reports to customer (in MS Power Point, MS Word, MS Excel). 

・Communicate with the customer (by phone, email, and in person) to facilitate efficient and consistent customer support.

・Professionally represent the company to the customer. Be committed to customer satisfaction and develop good customer relations by maintaining standards of conduct acceptable to both ONTO and customers. 

Qualifications

・Preferred Field Service experience in the Semiconductor Business

・Previous knowledge of equipment fault detection. With experience in electrical, Mechanical and software.

・Preferred experience in Semiconductor applications.

・College/University degree in engineering.

・Ability to work unsupervised yet within a team setting.

・Excellent interpersonal & customer communication skills.

・Ability to efficiently utilize all Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

・English : Conversational level.
