Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.

Summary:
As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, your day involves designing and implementing new development tools and infrastructure to support software development processes. You will focus on creating and maintaining continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment cycles. Your role includes collaborating with various teams to enhance system reliability and security, while managing cloud environments and container orchestration platforms. You will also monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, aiming to optimize performance and safeguard systems against potential threats. This position requires a proactive approach to streamline development workflows and support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks and improve deployment processes.
- Maintain and enhance automation scripts and tools to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure high availability and security.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery concepts and tools.
- Ability to implement security best practices within development pipelines.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation frameworks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
