Role: Finance Business Partner – Global IT
Location: Krakow - hybrid - 4 days/week onsite
Based in our new global IT hub in Kraków's Unity Tower, this is an exciting opportunity to join Galderma’s growing IT presence in Poland as a Finance Business Partner – Global IT
Working closely with senior stakeholders across Galderma’s global IT organisation, you will play a key role in providing financial oversight and visibility across IT and project-related costs, supporting effective financial planning, cost control and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- As the IT Finance Business Partner, drive continuous improvement in IT investments, identify savings opportunities and ensure delivery of key targets, partnering with the Global Functional Owner (CIO), IT Leadership Team and IT Budget Owners.
- Manage the financial processes for Corporate IT costs, including forecasting and reporting both internally and externally and across all Global IT spend (including Regions, Factories and Functions).
- Drive close cooperation across the Finance community to support transparency and IT cost reporting to ensure the financial model is fully implemented.
- Continuous improvement of the IT costs Operating Model ensuring ICO and back-charges are optimized as well as contribute to evaluate (and subsequently implement) in the IT organization any cross-functional FP&A initiative driven by the Finance Catalyst Program or Strategic Operations Innovation Finance area.
- Manage the overall IT costs and Budget, ensuring proper reporting (CAPEX, OPEX, Depreciation & Amortization)
- Act as the financial expert regarding CAPEX Management related to IT costs in close collaboration with Group Accounting
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in FP&A and/or audit Finance department for an global and matrix organization, preferably in Pharma or IT industry. Ideally in the IT organization of a Pharma or FMCG company.
- Global knowledge in reporting costs in complex multi-national structures.
- Knowhow in Accounting and Controlling.
- Good command of business English is mandatory, additional languages (i.e. Polish) will be a plus
- Microsoft Office skills mandatory (Word, Excel, Outlook) & ERP knowledge (M3, SAP+)
- Business Intelligence tools knowledge (Power BI, Hyperion, BO) and reporting systems
