To support our Performance Marketing - SEA team we are searching for a
Junior Online Marketing Manager - SEA (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage and optimize large-scale paid search and shopping campaigns across Google Ads and further search platforms.
Contribute to the development and implementation of SEA strategies across 100+ countries.
Uncover growth opportunities through deep analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and performance metrics, translating insights into optimization initiatives to drive new customer acquisition.
Run and evaluate A/B tests on new platform betas, bidding enrichments, ad copy, and product feed enhancements.
Leverage AI to automate and optimize processes, driving greater efficiency and scalability across SEA operations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Performance Marketing peers (Affiliate, SEO, Display, Paid Social), internal tech and analytics teams, and external partners such as Google LCS to scale results.
WHO YOU ARE
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field, with initial hands-on experience in Search Engine Advertising and Google Ads.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insights into actionable business decisions.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides, plus experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio.
Proactive, growth-oriented approach with a strong drive to learn, improve processes, and deliver measurable business impact.
Genuine interest in innovative technologies, AI automation, and process optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
