Job Description Summary :
Responsible for the performance of the sales team below and achievement of KPI behavior, KPI revenue, KPI collection and Service Level.
Job Description :
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of customer master data.
- Increase and maintain active outlet coverage.
- Ensure Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) consistently follow the prescribed selling steps.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Monitor and improve service levels across General Trade (GT)
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Proven experience in leading and developing a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of General Trade (GT)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
