Shift:
First Shift (United States of America)Perform as a group leader in patient resources. Play an essential role in ensuring patient resource needs are met by coordinating daily assignments and dispatching resources to meet needs of inpatient units. Responsible for ensuring staffing needs are met in a way that promotes safe and timely patient support. Assist in training, mentoring, and providing timely feedback to staff. Accountable for staff on their assigned shift and various locations. Assist with administrative tasks that support the department.
Required Qualifications:
• High school education or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of experience in healthcare environment
• Demonstrated leadership ability required.
• Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word) required.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize required.
• Experience with typical office equipment (e.g., computer, phone, copier) required
