Hastings Deering (Australia) LtdHastings Deering searching for a Parts Administrator to join our team in Acacia Ridge on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring seamless communication, accurate order processing and exceptional customer service. You’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and operational compliance.
In this role, you will:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
Provide high-quality customer service, responding to enquiries with professionalism and urgency.
Support e-commerce platforms to deliver a smooth digital purchasing experience.
Maintain accurate data across core systems and ensure compliance with business processes.
Reconcile cash sales, manage invoices and process refunds in line with financial controls.
Prepare and maintain documentation using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
Adhere to operational policies (e.g., freight recovery, warranty claims, ticketing systems).
Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality and customer experience.

A successful teammate will:
Experience in administration, customer service, or parts/order processing (1+ year preferred).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and systems.
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience using ERP systems, CRM tools, or e-commerce platforms (desirable).
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
