Reimagine What’s Possible
1. Ensure a safe working environment in which everyone demonstrates their commitment to the “0” incident philosophy and follows Air Products safety program, work rules, and OSHA standards.
2. Monitor contractors’ civil engineering work, ensuring compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and approved drawings.
3. Monitors Contractors methods, productivity, planned quantities to install, and manpower versus project schedule requirements. Implements remedial action and adjustments as required.
4. Oversee foundation, main structure, final acceptance, and warranty organization and management work.
5. Collaborate with construction units to develop the overall construction plan and review the construction scheme based on the contract and company layout.
6. Provides the overall coordination of all Contractor activities in accordance with the project EH&S/QA/QC requirements, engineering specifications, codes, and government regulations.
7. Monitors the execution and updating of detailed field work schedules and coordinates Contractors as required by the construction schedule and budget.
8. Monitors Contractor compliance with all contract terms and conditions during the execution of their work.
9. Confirms the validity of field changes prior to contract adjustments.
10. Maintains a daily electronic log of all events that are of a pertinent nature to the project.
11. Coordinates the resolution of all RFI’s and field changes with the Field Engineers and Contracts Administrator
12. Maintain a daily log of the progress, including quantities installed. Daily maintains a highlighted set of drawings to reflect daily progress in the field.
13. Work, collaborate and supports contractors to ensure we remove any roadblocks AP may be Causing
14. Handle project handover documentation to property management and coordinate repair work until the defect liability period ends.
