Location: St Andrew's War Memorial Hospital, Spring Hill
Remuneration: Salaried + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Significant leadership experience within Perioperative Services.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Strong understanding of contemporary nursing practice, clinical governance, patient safety and quality improvement.
- Proven ability to influence outcomes and drive service excellence in a complex healthcare environment.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in workforce planning, resource management and operational leadership.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centred care and positive team culture.
