  • Manage day-to-day program operations including communications ownership (WebEx challenges, Connect site, welcome emails), event coordination, swag distribution, and logistics support.
  • Own at least one program offering end-to-end, including testing, implementation, and optimization based on feedback and engagement data.
  • Identify experience gaps and friction points; contribute to evidence-based program evolution discussions with leadership and collaborate on continuous improvements.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, Canadian Hub Community Leads, and the T&O events team to ensure seamless, flawless execution of program initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on survey results and engagement metrics; translate insights into actionable recommendations to enhance program effectiveness and new employee outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery, escalate dependencies and risks appropriately, and support leadership in navigating a matrix environment.
  • Explore and apply AI technology and best practices to enhance program design and new employee engagement outcomes.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in program management, operations, or employee experience roles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft clear, engaging messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and comfort learning new tools and platforms quickly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and respond to feedback constructively.
  • Demonstrated commitment to creating inclusive, welcoming environments for employees.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and support leadership direction.
  • Curiosity-driven approach to learning and experimenting with AI technology to enhance program outcomes, with passion for enabling individuals and organizations to thrive.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with learning and development (L&D) or talent management initiatives.
  • Experience managing events, surveys, or community engagement initiatives.
  • Experience creating communications with Poppulo.

  • Leaders who support your development through coaching and managing opportunities
  • Ability to make a difference and lasting impact
  • Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team
