About the Role

As Venue Manager, you will take ownership of all aspects of venue performance, including:

• Leading and developing a large team

• Driving operational excellence and service standards

• Managing labour, stock control and venue profitability

• Creating a high-performance culture

• Delivering exceptional guest experiences

• Building leadership capability within the management team

• Identifying opportunities to improve revenue and venue performance

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong presence in the business and a genuine passion for hospitality.

About You

We're looking for an experienced hospitality leader who can demonstrate:

• Success leading large hospitality teams in busy, high-volume environments

• Strong commercial acumen and ownership of venue financial performance

• Experience managing labour, wages, stock and operational KPIs

• A track record of developing leaders and building high-performing teams

• The ability to balance people, culture and commercial outcomes

• A hands-on leadership style and commitment to operational excellence

Important Information

This opportunity is based in Queenstown, New Zealand and requires relocation for a minimum of 24 months.

We're seeking experienced hospitality leaders who are genuinely excited about relocating internationally and building a long-term career in New Zealand. Shortlisted candidates will be required to provide three professional references or recommendation letters.
