Let's talk about the role
On a day to day basis, you will
- Manage the BAU on all the operational resilience topics
- Answer to any internal audit issues and regulator requests in coordination with your team
- Business Continuity Management support (BCP annual review, conduct workshops, BIA, identification of critical functions…)
- Maintain all the documentation related to operational resilience up-to-date
- Coordinate with all the required team the gaps with the regulations
- Continuous improvement : Be part of the annual self-assessment regarding DORA and operational resilience
- Follow up of the various planning (training, testing etc.) regarding operational resilience
- Continuous improvement of all the operational resilience topics
- Selection of Third parties to run scenario testing …
Who are we looking for
Master’s degree
3-5 years of experience, in an external consulting environment to be preferred within banking or insurance Autonomous, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Very good level in English at least
- Experience and/or strong affinity with operational regulation/legislation within the financial industry.
- Excellent skills in communication across the various layers of the organisation
- Appetite to change and continuous improvement
- Team player who gets things done and meet deadlines
