Position Title: Vice President of Revenue Operations
Location: New York City | Hybrid (4 days in office)
Salary Range: $175,000 – $200,000

About the Role
The Vice President of Revenue Operations will own enrollment growth and revenue performance across all locations. This role is responsible for building the systems, strategy, and operational engine that drives predictable, profitable revenue.
This is a highly cross-functional role that partners closely with Education, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure enrollment growth aligns with program quality, capacity, and financial performance.
How This Role Fits Into the Organization
- The VP of Revenue Operations reports directly to the CEO and owns enrollment and revenue performance across NYPKC.
- This role partners closely with the Chief People Officer to ensure alignment between revenue goals and how our schools operate, including coordination with the Director of Operations and Director of Education Operations.
- In addition, this role works cross-functionally with Education Innovation, Heads of School, Marketing, and Finance to drive a consistent, high-performing enrollment engine.
What You’ll Do
Revenue Strategy & Ownership
- Own total enrollment performance across all programs and locations
- Set enrollment targets and define the strategy to achieve them
- Build a clear, scalable model for revenue growth
Revenue Systems & CRM
- Design and maintain the full enrollment funnel from inquiry through re-enrollment
- Own CRM structure, data integrity, and pipeline management
Define conversion benchmarks and ensure consistent tracking across the organization - Build a single source of truth for revenue performance
Customer Journey & Conversion
- Architect a seamless, high-converting family experience
- Identify and remove friction across inquiry ? tour ? enrollment ? retention
- Improve conversion rates at each stage of the funnel
- Build systems to drive strong re-enrollment and retention
Pricing, Programming & Profitability
- Partner with Education and Finance to align pricing with value and margins
- Analyze program, location, and cohort performance
- Ensure enrollment growth supports overall profitability
FP&A / Forecasting
- Build and maintain rolling enrollment and revenue forecasts
- Produce clear, board-ready reporting on enrollment and revenue performance
- Support underwriting for new programs, locations, and partnerships
Lead Generation & Retention Strategy
- Partner with Marketing to align lead generation with conversion goals
- Develop cohort-based enrollment strategies by age group and location
- Track re-enrollment rates and identify early attrition patterns
- Analyze churn and identify opportunities to improve retention

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12+ years of experience in revenue operations, growth, or sales strategy
- Experience building and scaling CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Experience in multi-site or service-based businesses preferred
- Proven ability to build systems and processes from the ground up
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
