Our client is a one-of-a-kind, luxury 5-star hotel located in London. They are looking for a charming Head Waiter/Waitress to provide a service to remember in their truly special award-winning restaurant. Experience with LQA & Forbes standards is what the hotel works towards daily.

- £35,770 per annum plus up to £7,000 service charge + up to £3,000 bonus

Responsibilities as the Head Waiter/Waitress…
- Providing highly personalised service to each and every guest
- Delivering a wide array of dishes and mentoring the restaurant team to deliver the very best quality service
- Going above and beyond to fulfil special requests from guests including dietary requirements
- Showcasing extensive menu knowledge to guests and answering any questions and queries
Working alongside a highly ambitious and devoted restaurant team who are always striving for excellence, you will be responsible for leading the team to success and ensuring every guest leaves having had a positive experience.
