Responsibilities and Tasks:
- * Provide architectural, functional, and process guidance to define and deliver scalable IT capabilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical partners to translate business needs into effective solutions
- Partner with architects to drive technology roadmap (including long-term capability planning)
- Ensure operational health of IT systems across Security, Availability, Performance, Interoperability, and Reliability
- Lead and manage end-to-end infrastructure (servers, storage, OS, backup, network, and database platforms)
- Oversee network environment including LAN/WAN, wireless, voice, and data systems
- Drive database operations including availability, performance tuning, and capacity planning
- Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
- Plan and implement scalable infrastructure aligned with business growth
- Manage infrastructure projects, migrations, and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, governance, and audit requirements
- Work across cross-functional teams to drive successful deployments and service delivery
- Lead and develop a team of infrastructure engineers (server, network, database)
- Own team performance, enable career development, and build a high-performing culture
- Promote agile ways of working with a focus on quality, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence
