Heart Care Centers of Illinois sees over 100,000 patients annually, offers in-office diagnostic testing and a full line of complex outpatient Arterial and Venous interventions in our outpatient Vascular Lab. Advanced services include the following clinics: Heart Transplant/Artificial Heart, TAVR, Advanced CHF, Pulmonary Hypertension, Venous Insufficiency, Severe Hypertension, and Lipids.
- Full-time Interventional Cardiologist with focus on Coronary and bread and butter procedures. Opportunity is available for Structural and Peripheral procedures if physician has interest/training.
- Collegial work environment that consists of 31 Cardiologists (16 IC, 5 EP, 2 HF, 8 NI), 8 APPs and over 200 support staff members.
- Interventional services include:
- all coronary procedures diagnostic and interventions
- Peripheral upper/lower, venous, carotid and aneurysm
- ASD / PFO closure
- Structural including TAVR, Percutaneous Mitral Valve Repair, Percutaneous Tricuspid Valve Repair, Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Call responsibilities shared equally with other 16 other physicians.
- Position will offer a base salary with additional bonuses and incentives.
- Additional equity & partnership opportunities available
- B/C in Cardiovascular Medicine and B/C or B/E in Interventional Cardiology
- Coronary procedures required. Interest and training in Peripheral procedures is plus.
- Completion of a US Accredited Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine and Interventional Cardiology program
- Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
