Responsibilities

【業務内容】

製薬メーカー、バイオ・化学メーカー、食品メーカー、大学などを主とし、その他あらゆる産業の研究機関・開発機関がお客様となります。基本スタイルは、お客様の潜在・顕在のニーズを掘り起こし、当社のソリューションの提案を行う、といった提案型営業です。業界における当社製品のシェアは上位に位置しておりますので、既存顧客のみならず、新規開拓のお客様と容易に接触が出来ます。活動状況といたしましては、新規：既存＝4：6

お客様の仕事の可能性を理解し、ソリューションの提供を実施する事でお客様の成功を導く役割を担って頂きます。常に世界最先端の科学の場に身をおきますので、やりがいと誇りを持って仕事に取り組んで頂けます。

 

【教育制度】

入社時には、当社の製品、業界やお客様に関する1～2ヵ月間の研修があります。 向上心を持って、スキルアップを目指していただければ、全面的にサポートによって早いスキルアップを目指せます。

Qualifications

【求める人材】

• 科学業界を通して、ビジネスマンとしてスキル、経済的に成功したい方。
• 営業経験、理工系知識などの経験は役立ちます。
• 臨床、医療業界での経験も役立ちます。
• 自動車運転免許、PC（エクセル、ワード、パワーポイント）の基本スキルは必要です。
• 科学知識、営業スキルを身に付ける事を通して、活動的に仕事を充実させたい方。
•  英語に苦手意識のない方
• コミュニケーションを大事にされている方

•  理系の大学もしくは、高専卒
•  要普通自動車運転免許
