Legal Case Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Case Manager to join our dynamic team and assist us in providing top-notch services to our clients. As a Legal Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of legal cases and ensuring that all tasks associated with each case are completed in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our team of lawyers and legal assistants to provide support and assistance throughout the entire legal process. Key Responsibilities:• Manage and oversee a caseload of legal cases from start to finish• Conduct thorough research and analysis on each case to gather relevant information and build a strong case strategy• Review legal documents, contracts, and other important papers to ensure accuracy and completeness• Communicate with clients, lawyers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and answer any queries related to the case• Coordinate with external agencies and parties to gather evidence and information necessary for the case• Prepare and organize documents, exhibits, and evidence for court proceedings• Schedule and attend meetings, hearings, and trials as required• Keep track of important deadlines and ensure they are met• Monitor case progress and provide regular reports to the team and clients• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards at all times Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in law or a related field (paralegal certification is a plus)• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Case Manager or in a similar role• Excellent knowledge of legal procedures and terminology• Strong research and analytical skills• Proficient in document management and case management software• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines• High level of attention to detail and accuracySalary: $105,000-$127,000 per year Here at Visitivity Inc., we value and invest in our employees' growth and development.
