Job Title: MS Dynamics - MSD 365 Tech LeadLocation: Leeds, UK (Hybrid3-days office)Contract: 6-12 monthsExperience: 10+ years Technical LeadershipLead end-to-end technical design and architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Power Platform).Define technical standards, best practices, and development guidelines.Own solution architecture including integrations, data models, security, and performance.Development & DeliveryDesign and develop custom Dynamics solutions using:Plugins, workflows, custom actionsPower AppsImplement complex integrations using Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management).Ensure high-quality code, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA teams.Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Provide technical guidance and confidence to clients and internal stakeholders.Team Leadership & MentoringLead and mentor Dynamics developers and technical consultants.Review code, enforce quality standards, and support technical upskilling.Governance & AssuranceEnsure adherence to Microsoft best practices, security, and compliance standards.Support performance optimization, troubleshooting, and production issues. Required Skills & ExperienceCore Technical SkillsStrong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 .Solid expertise in:C#, .NETPlugins, workflows, custom APIsPower Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)Experience with Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus).Architecture & IntegrationExperience designing enterprise-grade, scalable Dynamics architectures.Integration experience with ERP systems, third-party applications, and legacy platforms.Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and security models.DevOps & QualityExperience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).Familiarity with automated testing.Strong understanding of performance tuning and security best practices.
