Working Student (d/f/m​) – Procurement & Supply Chain Management

Definition working student
Working students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education, and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position parallel to their studies. This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis.
This employment usually takes place directly on the company's premises. A working student's main focus remains on their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week.
Working students therefore usually work near their place of study, so as to conveniently combine studying and employment.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Project Management: Support the coordination of procurement project milestones and timelines to ensure project delivery.
• Bid Management: Assist in the end-to-end tendering process, from preparing RFQs to evaluating supplier bids.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central interface between Commodity, Supply Chain, Controlling, and Programme teams.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain standardized reports and dashboards to track procurement KPIs and project progress.

Desired skills and qualifications

• Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in the area of Business Administration, Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Industrial Engineering or an equivalent field of study.
• First practical experience in the field of Supply Chain and Project Management is desirable.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Experiences in working with SAP is a plus
