We currently have an opening for a Sales Support Coordinator for Industrial Physics in our Greensboro, North Carolina location.

Role Overview
The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for coordination and communications between all global SpecMetrix Sales Specialists and the Greensboro Sales, technical, project engineering teams. The on-site role also directly supports customer meeting scheduling, quotation support, demonstration and training visits, opportunity follow-ups, and general sales, CRM and administrative support needs.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding product applications, specifications, pricing, lead times, and technical information.
- Coordinate communication between customers, the SpecMetrix Sales team, and internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales process by qualifying leads, generating quotes, managing proposals, tracking test samples, and providing product documentation.
- Coordinate customer meetings, system demonstrations, demo equipment logistics, and maintain the global customer visit and Teams meeting calendar.
- Monitor and communicate order status, lead times, proposal priorities, and sales pipeline activity to support efficient sales operations.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and Salesforce CRM while preparing reports and tracking team performance against global goals.
- Ensure sales operations comply with company policies and support administrative activities, including meeting coordination, training logistics, and sales reporting.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in administrative and customer support roles.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficient at adapting to changing priorities and work requirements while maintaining productivity.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality, with flexibility to work extended hours as business needs require.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product information and follow established processes.
