As part of our Sales Support team, you’ll be an important piece of the puzzle that keeps our customers and internal teams moving forward. You’ll work closely with Sales and Product teams to keep orders on track, information accurate, and customers informed
From managing order details and customer requests to reviewing forecasts and tracking inventory, your organization and attention to detail will help everything run smoothly behind the scenes. If you enjoy solving problems, staying one step ahead, and helping a team succeed, this could be a great fit
Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 / hourly
Location: Eden Prairie, Minnesota
What you will do?
Build strong customer relationships by responding to questions, resolving concerns, and providing timely, professional support
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to advocate for customer needs and support successful order outcomes
Maintain accurate sales, order, purchasing, vendor, and customer data to keep internal systems and business processes running smoothly
Monitor customer forecasts and order activity to identify when purchase orders should be released, rescheduled, expedited, or canceled
Use attention to detail and sound judgment to help balance customer expectations, inventory availability, and operational needs
Track and manage Master Electronics-owned inventory at customer locations to ensure products are accurately accounted for and available when needed
Communicate order updates, risks, and next steps clearly so customers and internal partners can make informed decisions
Take ownership of follow-up and problem-solving to help keep orders moving and deliver a reliable customer experience
What you bring to the table!
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create professional emails and customer-facing documentsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Ability to remain organized and responsive in time-sensitive situations or when priorities shift
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, roles, and leadership levels
- Effective time management and prioritization skills, with consistent follow-through on commitments
- Two to five years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role
