Job Description
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Typically two to four years of relevant clerical or administrative experience
Preferred Skills and Experience
Strong computer navigation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business applications
Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify and resolve exceptions
Demonstrated customer service and relationship‑building skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Location expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
