Description
As a Technology Business Partner, you will align technology services and solutions with organisational priorities to deliver measurable business value. Working closely with business leaders and teams, you will build trusted relationships, understand their needs, challenges and opportunities, and translate these insights into technology-enabled solutions that support successful business outcomes.
What will you be doing?
Collaborating with senior leaders to shape and deliver technology strategies that support business objectives and long-term goals
Developing clear roadmaps for technology and process improvements, identifying opportunities for innovation that drive measurable business value
Building and maintaining deep knowledge of business domains, acting as the trusted advisor and primary contact between ETS and business units
Supporting technology budgeting, monitoring spend, and ensuring investments align with business priorities while delivering maximum value
Establishing strong relationships across business and technology leaders, ensuring IT initiatives, services, and strategies remain aligned to organisational needs
Overseeing the performance of technology services, ensuring service levels meet or exceed expectations, and acting as an escalation point for timely issue resolution
Ensuring technology solutions comply with regulatory requirements, organisational policies, and security standards, mitigating risks across projects and services.
What are we looking for in you?
Experience in successfully aligning IT services with business goals, preferably in an IT management or IT business partner role, where you have demonstrated project management, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
A strong understanding of business processes and how technology can drive business outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and best practices.
Proficiency in IT service management (ITSM) and project management tools.
Ability to travel as needed to sites across WA.
