Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to build and run the enablement engine behind our global sales organization. In this role, you will turn product, competitive, and market knowledge into content and training that helps our sales teams sell Octoplant with confidence — covering positioning, new feature releases, competitive differentiation, and pipeline generation practices.
You will develop and maintain AI-assisted enablement tools (including an internal knowledge assistant) alongside traditional formats such as live workshops, onboarding programs, and playbooks, ensuring every seller across the organization has fast, accurate access to the knowledge they need.
This is a remote position in the USA, preferably in the Eastern Time Zone. Periodic travel for in-person training and sales meetings should be expected.
Your Tasks
- AI-Powered Sales Enablement: Build, curate, and continuously update content for our AI/LLM-based sales enablement tool, ensuring reps get fast, accurate answers on product positioning, features, and competitive differentiation.
- Live Training & Facilitation: Design and deliver in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and certification programs for sales teams across the organization on product positioning, new feature releases, competitive intelligence, and pipeline generation best practices.
- Competitive Intelligence: Maintain up-to-date battlecards, objection-handling guides, and competitive positioning materials in partnership with product marketing and product management.
- Sales Content & Messaging: Develop and maintain pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, and other collateral that translate product and market knowledge into sales-ready messaging.
- Pipeline Generation Enablement: Train sellers on prospecting frameworks, qualification criteria, and pipeline generation practices — building knowledge and process fluency rather than coaching individual selling skills.
- Onboarding: Own the new-hire ramp program for sales, ensuring new sellers reach productivity quickly through structured learning paths.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales Leadership, and subject-matter experts across the company to keep enablement content accurate and current.
- Measurement & Iteration: Track content usage, knowledge retention, and enablement impact on pipeline and win rates; iterate on formats and content based on seller feedback.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years in sales enablement, sales training, product marketing, or a related field within B2B SaaS or technology.
- Proven experience building and maintaining enablement content in enablement/LMS platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, WorkRamp) and comfort working with AI/LLM-based content or knowledge tools.
- Strong ability to translate technical, product, and competitive information into clear, sales-ready knowledge and materials.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with confidence delivering both in-person and virtual training to sales audiences.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and pipeline generation frameworks (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger) to embed best practices into enablement content.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content streams and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience in industrial automation, cybersecurity, or other technical B2B domains is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
