The Position
Seeking an enthusiastic and motivated student to join our supply chain team at Roche Diagnostics Norway, the role involves a range of practical and routine tasks from managing weekly dispatch of goods to people with diabetes and pharmacies. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and important growing industry.
Roles and responsibilities:
You will help manage orders registered in our CRM system by our customer service department and sellers, and ensure that our operations run smoothly. This is a great way for you to help ensure that patients have access to various products they need to manage their diabetes.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks:
- Pack goods and send them by mail.
- Handle return mail and update the CRM system as needed.
- Responsible for inventory on office inventory with what is needed for sending orders. Check inventory, order items, count inventory, and make sure that the physical inventory matches inventory in SAP.
- Registering product alerts in Smartsheet.
- Contribute to other administrative and ad-hoc tasks related to supply chain and logistics
Who you are:
- A current student, preferably focusing on supply chain, logistics, administration or a related field.
- Dutiful, flexible, and structured, with good ability to handle various tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Norwegian (written and oral) and in English, as we operate in a global environment.
- Can commit to a flexible working time with an average of around 25 hours per month on specific tasks. We are committed to finding a solution that can be adapted to your studies.
- Comfortable using tools like the Office suite, Salesforce and SAP, or willing to learn Service-minded and sociable, fond of communicating and collaborating with different people in the organization as well as working independently.
