The Job
The Retail Operations coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day execution and optimization of retail operations across the Manchester City FC stores. This specifically means that you will be coordinating a consistent and exceptional standard of operational- and customer services to the stores of Manchester City FC. It is a cross-functional coordination to ensure the stores run efficiently, campaigns are delivered effectively and key systems are maintained accurately.Your Mission
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the Retail Operations Manager
- Assist with store operations coordination and issue resolution
- Maintain strong alignment and communication with retail store teams
- Support the execution of retail marketing initiatives and activations
- Manage and maintain retail systems including Retail7 and !D Cloud
- Coordinate logistics, product collections and partner orders
- Assist with maintaining accurate PO tracking and balances
- Manage monthly reporting and sharing across teams
- Support stock accuracy initiative and conduct monthly reconciliation.
- Work closely with stores to resolve discrepancies and ensure alignment
Your Talent
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field;
- Retail or operations experience preferred;
- Understanding of consumer-based retail business;
- Experience working with retail systems (e.g. POS, ERP, or inventory platforms);
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively;
- High attention to detail, particularly in data and systems management;
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset;
- Strong organizational, structure and planning skills;
- A team player with a collaborative approach;
- High level of resilience and adaptability;
- English on proficiency level.
This role is based in Den Bosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
