Haffner’s is seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the organization’s operational and administrative functions. This position demands strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will oversee billing, invoicing, data validation, compliance monitoring, and provide support for field operations.

Compensation:

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications/. For the purpose of this role, the minimum salary opportunity is:

PAY- $54,000-$69,000

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Smart Sheets.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Preferred experience in retail operations, accounting, or administrative support.

· Knowledge of Cigarettes, OTP, and General Merchandise categories is a plus.

Job Environment
