Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Management Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus

The Program Management Manager role involves… responsible to leading a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer projects through inception, pricing, development, and manufacturing, providing value to the business unit and Customer.

What a typical day looks like:

• Be the key channel of communication for Customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
• Demonstrate advance operations, technical skills as well as knowledge in process technologies.
• Ability to analyze technical & financial reports and effectively present to internal & external customers.
• Coordinate with CFT, necessary actions for target compliance.
• Provide Support for contract negotiations and prices definition.
• Coordinate Product Life cycle of new Programs and assure the proper alignment to Launch cost and P&L projections

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor´s Degree in Administration or related.
• Experience in similar position with experience in Electronics Industry
• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
• Focused on NPI's
• Knowledge in the electronic manufacturing operation (processes, test, industrial engineering)
• Strong communication skill (English and Spanish)
• P&L administration & Quotations
• Microsoft Office
• Experience with CFT
• Experience with demanding clients
• Customer Service experience
• Project Management experience
• People management
• MBA & PMP certification is also a plus
• PMP certification)
