Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program manager  located in Guadalajara north

Reporting to the General Manager the Program manager role manages and oversees the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met. The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations. This role focuses on achieving high levels of forecast accuracy, managing manufacturing costs, and project timelines aligned with the overall manufacturing capacity for a customer program. This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage resources with cross-functional teams, optimize operational processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction and manufacturing performance.

What a typical day looks like:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and the site for all operational and program-related activities.
• Lead customer meetings, business reviews, escalation calls, and status updates to ensure alignment on deliverables and expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, and Procurement to support program execution.
• Manage customer demand changes and ensure production capacity aligns with forecasted requirements.
• Monitor program performance related to cost, quality, delivery, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
• Review manufacturing KPIs and drive corrective actions when performance targets are not achieved.
• Drive execution of customer projects, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and commitments are completed on time.
• Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Product Change Notifications (PCNs), and customer-driven changes throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support New Product Introductions (NPI), product transfers, and production ramp activities.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure PCBA and Box Build production requirements are met.
• Lead risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize impacts to cost, quality, and delivery.
• Review program financial performance, including revenue, manufacturing costs, margins, and forecast accuracy.
• Manage inventory strategies to support customer demand while minimizing excess and obsolete materials.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, inventory optimization, and cost reduction.
• Support customer visits, audits, and operational reviews at the manufacturing site.
• Prepare and present program performance reports to customers and leadership teams.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
•  Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS).
• Strong knowledge of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) manufacturing processes.
• Experience supporting SMT production environments.
• Knowledge of Box Build manufacturing operations.
• Experience with APQP, NPI, ECO, and PCN processes.
• Understanding of electronics manufacturing quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong customer-facing experience, including customer communication, escalations, and relationship management.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving program execution.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, cost control, QvA, and QvF analysis.
• Experience managing contracts, commercial agreements, and customer commitments.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, inventory management, and production planning.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and drive operational improvements.
