Job Title: Analyst / Associate – Client Solutions

Location: Hyderabad

Qualifications

Graduate / post graduate, MBA – Marketing / Data Management / Finance, Civil Engg, Architecture, Urban planning, or any other relevant post graduate degree in Mathematics / Economics / consulting related fields

Experience required:

Work experience in a job that helps in understanding basics of marketing, data analytics, finance and extensive work on MS Excel and MS PPT

Experience in real estate / consulting or other related fields would be a plus but not mandatory

1-2 years or more years of experience in analytics, finance, consulting, or any other strategic roles would be ideal, freshers are ok but should demonstrate excellence in analyzing, interpreting data in excel, ppt, design thinking

Competencies

• MS Office expertise – should be excellent with powerpoint, excel and word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem Solving ability
• Good analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively present information
• Ability to manage databases and data analytics
• Experience in preparing dashboards in PowerBI and working with any data visualization tools would be an added advantage

Experience with data visualization would be a plus

Job Summary

The candidate shall largely be involved in execution of assignments, coordination with internal/external stakeholders and ensuring timely and quality deliverables.

• The candidate shall primarily be involved in execution of assignments, data collection and analysis, preparation of presentations/reports, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Support client deliverables through market research, data collection, and analysis across APAC markets, including GCC and occupier trends
• Prepare client-ready presentations, reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs for strategic assignments and advisory engagements
• Assist in market assessments, benchmarking studies, portfolio reviews, location analytics, and GCC advisory projects
• Build and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and comparative assessments to support decision-making
• Analyze GCC location dynamics including talent availability, cost benchmarking, and ecosystem maturity across APAC markets
• Coordinate with cross-border teams and stakeholders to gather inputs, validate data, and ensure seamless execution of mandates
• Track market trends, occupier activity, GCC expansions, and key real estate transactions across APAC markets
• Maintain and standardize databases, dashboards, trackers, and knowledge repositories to support data-driven reporting and advisory
• Support preparation of pitch materials, proposals, and business development collaterals
• Provide ad-hoc analytical, research, and presentation support for ongoing mandates, leadership reviews, and client discussions
