Sitework Laborer – Newington, NH

Job Location: Newington, NH

We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Sitework Laborer for a full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunity in the Newington, NH area. This position offers steady work, competitive pay, and the opportunity to grow your skills within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, clearing, and excavation work
• Support underground utility installation, pipe work, and drainage systems
• Perform general sitework duties including trenching, grading, and material handling
• Operate plate compactors and basic construction tools
• Assist with foundation preparation and site development
• Load, unload, and move construction materials as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Follow all safety procedures and jobsite requirements

Qualifications

• Previous construction, excavation, or sitework experience preferred
• Experience with underground utilities, pipe laying, or dirt work is a plus
• Heavy equipment experience is beneficial but not required
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to travel within approximately 45–60 minutes of Newington, NH
