The Job:  

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for defining and managing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and overseeing the product lifecycle from inception to retirement. It safeguards differentiation in pricing and specifications between internal brands and clients to prevent internal competition while maintaining market clarity. Additionally, Product Management conducts market research to identify opportunities while actively engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback and relay essential updates to ensure the product meets expectations and market demands.

You’ll get to:  

• Own the portfolio – monitor costs, assure profitability and competitiveness by pricing, availability, master data, SKU rationalization in collaboration with RGM and regional team. Manage life cycle via standardized calendar of revision
• Develop the portfolio strategy for all brands based on white space analysis, portfolio penetration numbers, attachment rate etc,, as well as competitive activity.
• Generate growth by executing the Product Strategy and specific SBU Trade Solutions aligned with Brand Category strategy
• Lead the NPI process including portfolio definition, financials, supply chain readiness, localizing launch pack and accompany the launch process
• Analyze category data for line review to support Brand Category Manager and be the Point of contact for internal organization - mainly sales - on technical product questions including samples
• Monitor channel information and input and track market activities for IBP preparation
• Being the steward for the SBU and advising the Marketing leader on conflicting priorities (price positioning, NPI definition, brands fighting for the same space etc.)
• Understand the Trends in the Industry & Competitors to identify Opportunities, develop local product roadmaps by trade/application in collaboration with regional team
• Execute Product Training & Communication Materials for sales and customers (eg catalogs)

The Person:

• At least 5 years of product management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing Management, or related field
• Strong project management skills – PMO education is a plus
• English language is a must
• Product Management Experience
• Financial Acumen
• Time Management & Planning
• Attention to Detail
• End User Insights Experience
• Strong Communication & Presentation Skills (Internal & External)
• Can-Do, Problem-Solving Attitude
• MBR – Ability to interpret data, trends and financial information to tell a story and drive business recommendations.
